About Us
History
Our story starts way back in Nigeria, in Oru-Ijebu refugees’ camp, when we had had to share the same spoon to eat in round around a bassin of meal, seating in circles, waiting that same spoon to land back in your hand. We learnt to call each other brother and sister regardless of our various origins.
1982 – We first started our work
1985 – Recognized by the AGDA
1995 – Grow to over 100 volunteers
2010 – Became part of Women’s Rights
2015 – Became a global volunteer
